Terms of Service

Inqo (inqo.store) is a commerce platform that enables African merchants to create online stores and accept payments. By creating a store on Inqo, you agree to these terms.
2. Payments & Settlement
- All payments are processed by Paystack (paystack.com) under their terms of service.
- Funds settle to your bank account on the next business day (T+1) after payment.
- Weekend and public holiday payments settle on the next business day.
- Paystack charges 1.5% + ₦100 per transaction, deducted from your payout.
- Inqo currently charges 0% platform commission. Any future commission changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your products, pricing, and delivery to customers.
- You must not sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
- Customer disputes are between you and your customer.
- Inqo is not liable for product quality or delivery failures.
4. Platform Rules
Stores selling the following will be suspended:
- Illegal goods or services.
- Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products.
- Adult or explicit content.
- Weapons or dangerous substances.
- Fraudulent services.
5. Account Suspension
Inqo reserves the right to suspend stores that violate these terms. You will be notified with a reason. Suspended stores cannot process payments.
6. Data & Privacy
- Your customer data is yours.
- Inqo stores data securely using Supabase.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Subject to Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
7. Service Availability
Inqo is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.
8. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you by email 30 days before material changes to these terms.
